Bentley & Associates, LLC provides shipping options from our warehouse. If an auction is not based in our warehouse but “on-site” there will be additional charges to remove and transport items back to our warehouse for shipment. To identify if an auction is based in our warehouse or based on-site please pay close attention to the Terms & Details pages of each individual auction. The Terms & Details page will have the physical auction location where the items are based – along with important preview/inspection and removal dates and times as well.
Small packages can be sent out via UPS Ground. There will be a small packaging fee which covers labor and materials. You only pay what UPS charges us. We will either use foam-in-place or bubble wrap depending on the items and what we feel is best in order to comply with UPS insurance.

Larger items will need to be shipped via Freight or via custom delivery options via Bentley & Associates, LLC auctions.
- For Freight shipments we recommend FreightQuote.com or uship.com. They shop around for the best prices for you.
- $ 40.00 per standard pallet for palletization and shrink-wrapping charge per standard pallet, regardless of the carrier.
- $ 50.00 per standard pallet freight for Amarillo, TX – Albuquerque, NM (Bentley’s warehouses).
Custom Deliveries are dependant on what you purchase and how far you are from our warehouse. Please contact us for a custom quote. Regardless of the carrier or delivery date, the invoice price must be paid for by the closing date on the auction.
